Coach Pitch Division – 2005 Season

Rule Changes:

Rule 1

Players will receive up to five (5) pitches or 3 swings during each at bat before being called out on strikes.  If the 5^th pitch (and each consecutive pitch thereafter) is fouled away, players will receive another pitched ball.

Rule 2

Play will stop and time will be called when the ball is in the possession of a player within the 2^nd base circle.  The 2^nd base circle will be 10 feet in diameter surrounding the 2^nd base bag and will be designated with a chalk line.

Rule 3

The pitcher will deliver pitches while standing on the pitcher's mound.

All other rules previously specified under the ORBA Machine Ball Division and available at www.orbabaseball.com will apply to the ORBA Coach Pitch Division.
